TraceWorks stores the account details, organization memberships, project records, file uploads, and activity logs you create in the workspace. We use that data to operate the product — render your workspace, log your changes, return your search results, and run the AI workflows you opt into.

We don't sell your data. We don't train on it. We don't share it with marketing partners. Per-user API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and the Vercel AI Gateway are encrypted at rest with AES-256 before being stored.
