    Project Trace Score

    A 0–100 score per project with per-dimension breakdown. First dimension live: requirement definition (approved requirements with linked specifications, severity-weighted). Visible from the project header.

    AI proposals now route through a PENDING → ACCEPTED/REJECTED workflow. Domain records never mutate silently — every change requires human approval.
