How do seats work?
A seat is one user in your organization. Read-only viewers are free on Team and Enterprise. You're billed per active seat at the start of each cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll get a heads-up before anything blocks. Starter projects beyond 3 become read-only until you upgrade — no data loss, ever.
Do you offer non-profit or academic pricing?
Yes — academic, non-profit, and OSS engineering projects can apply for free or discounted Team access. Get in touch.
Can I bring my own LLM keys?
Yes, on every tier. Per-user keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and the Vercel AI Gateway, encrypted at rest. Server-side fallback keys can be configured for the whole organization.
Where is data stored?
Production data lives in Neon Postgres (US-East by default). File attachments are stored in Vercel Blob. Enterprise plans include data residency options.
